I became a reading addict this summer, never read much before and I am loving it and reading several authors. I started the Grisham books with a Painted House, have seen many movies based on his books and this seemed so different. My husband and I read it concurrently, he was a little behind me and wouldn't talk about it until he finished it. We both make comments about it often, we have both said we miss Luke and his family and friends and wonder what happend to all of them. If Ricky ever came home, etc. Any news about a Chandler family sequel? I plan to start on some of his books that I have not seen the movies.

I just finished the chamber and i've been convinced that the death penalty is a bad idea and then it hit me, in The Last Juror John Grisham seemed to be supportive of the death penalty, because in the last juror one wanted the criminel who i think was paddot or something to be killed by the death penaly. So is John Grisham supportive of the death penalty or not?

Just finished Grisham's The Broker. Loved the book as much as any of the rest. Excellent research in Italy! However, he blew it in D.C. Sloppy research. In a spy meeting type scene at the Kroger in Bethesda, Md. Well, there is not a Kroger in Bethesda, Md. and I'm told, there never has been and probably never will be.

August 14, 2006 Hello! The title of John Grisham's new book will be "The Innocent Man". It is a nonfiction book about a man on death row and it will be out sometime in October.I'm looking forward to reading it!
