Just reread Tinker, after having read the Ukiah Oregon series, and an amusing thought occured to me: How would Ukiah react to having his home suddenly tranlated to another dimension?

loved loved loved the book tinker and want more about her and her cousin. Could you have him turned into an elf too? maybe a lower status elf from a rival clan? will her techno center be completed before the new "governers" palace? will the human in charge of the city be given a title and rule like a duke with family members.
