Which book of Amanda Quick's features a scene with the female character in a white gown, yellow gloves, and red plumes on her hat walking her matching chickens??

Thanks penny.I'm checking on those books as we speak. Have a great day!

Amanda Quick has 2 new books out currently. The first being "The Third Cirle". It tells us about Thaddeus Ware on of the Jones cousins. The 2nd is "The Perfect Poison" and it is about Caleb Jones. I have not read it yet but I will in the next couple of weeks. I have read The Third Circle and it is very good.

I am looking for the book about the life of Caleb Jones. His cousin Gabriel Jones story was SECOND SIGHT. Maybe there isn't such a book! I'd just like to know. Thanks

I believe the 1st book was Shady Lady, then Don't Look Back and finally Late for the Wedding. I do wish Amanda Quick would create stories for some of her secondary characters. I am sure they have interesting lives also.

You ladies are correct. They did have their own story. I know I've read it recently and remember thinking I knew that name. Now I'll have to investigate it (I read too many books to remember off hand). I promise to get back to you if I find it.

Would love to read more about Tobias March and Lovina Lake. I believe there is also a story in Joan Dove and her Beau and also in Anthony and Emiline. I have read all the Amanda Quick books and am always waiting for the next book.

I like most of Amanda Quick's books. Jayne Anne Krentz is pretty good--just different era. Sometimes after reading a few of Jayne Anne's books you can pretty much predict the flow of the book. I do think she is pretty funny with her characters. I like Julie Garwood alot!

I have yet to find many things as relaxing after a hard day than to come home and slip into a great book. Reading has been a life long passion. I love the historical romances and pick up one of her books just about every chance I get to lay hands on one of them. Despite my love for her books under the name Amanda Quick I cannot say that the books under the name Jayne Ann Krentz hold any appeal to me. How does everyone else feel? My personal favorites are the books with Tobias and Lavinia.
