Where can I get a copy of your short story, "On Christmas Morn" or "Christmas Chime". I heard it read recently and enjoyed it so much.

my wife is convinced that your main character Sam in the great and terriable series is modeled after myself. a lot of the information in your books i have told her about during my military career in the special forces.(1977-!988) she's freaking out at the personalities that are in Sam and are very close to the way I am. where did you get the info for your character?
