I am reading the series right now for the 14th time and I would like to know if there are any plans for a final book,why doesnt Jean Auel at least let us know that? Please, somebody let us know something!!!!!!anybody please put out the word!!!!!!!

Hi Jean, your series have inspired me to start researching about my own people's heritage / culture of many thousands of years in south west Australia (Noongar Nation). There are many many similarities in the archeaological and anthropolical information also dating back thousands of years(Devil's Lair, 40 000 Year site). In doing our story I wish to focus on the uniqueness of our we lived traditionally. Perhaps a series will evolve. I am currently re-reading the series after first reading The Caln of the Cave Bear in 1994. Stay well. George

I think the whole EC books should be made in a series for tv it would be much better than anything that is on tv as of now.

I have just finnished book 1-5 for the 3rd time,I Loved them so much I
got them on tape,I am a truck driver
and now I can hear them on the road.
I hope you are well and the roumers
that are going around are true.
