I think the books are great.i read 1,2,3,4,5 and giong to get the 6th book. keep on writing great stories.

Dear Kathryn,
Even though i am in 7 th grade i still enjoy to read the series. i can't wait until the first collier comes out on april 1st. i would like to know what it takes to be a famous author?

But that's the thing: It's EXACTLY like Harry Potter, but they're owls. I've read the whole series, and found the ending quite disappointing. But other than that, it was okay, I guess.

I used to love this series, the Guardians of Ga'Hoole. I thought of it as Harry Potter in owl form. :)

kathryn lasky i love ur books especaily guardians of ga'hoole, i am 11 years old. i have read book number 1,2,3,4, and i am reading number 5.on book 7,8 it doesnt focus on soron, and in the back of the book where it usally shows owls it doesnt.well i think you should make a movie! first 4 books for the first movie, and the next 4 four the second movie.p.s. (please write more guardians of ga'hoole books!)
