I hate to read but this book i absolutely could not put down. It was so intriguing to me. It had me on pins and needles, I could hardlt wait to see what the next chapter had in store.This is many ypoung african amercian girls story, they are just afraid to say so.

for all u true book readers, mary monroe books are a must. She will make you laugh, cry, but overall want to re-read a book more than once. I've read all of her books and recruited new readers.

Funny I am about to start reading the same book. To let you know the order the first book in the set is "God Don't Like Ugly" the second is "God Still Don't Like Ugly". Then there is the third one which is the one you and I are about to read. "God Don't Play" I would definatly read them in order if you can. I can not remember to much about the second one because it has been so long. I think I am going to re-read it I liked it that much. Hope I helped.

I love Mary Monroe's books. Right now I'm reading "God Don't Play". I here there's another book I should be reading before "God Don't Play". I want to read them in order. Please tell me the first book and the next one.
