I just the book review for Vodka from this website...it seems that whoever did this review did not actually read the book. The one falsehood that struck me the most was the question "How many deaths," which they answered "0 (not a murder mystery)" It is true that it is not a mystery, you know who is killing who...most of the time! There is one part murder mystery to this story, but it is more of a subplot! However, there are MANY deaths in this book, and I would not suggest it for young adults. I have read all of Boris Starling's books and while Messiah is my favorite, Vodka was very good. If you are just starting this book...hold on, it starts of slow and takes a while to grab you, but when it does it doesn't let go until you are almost in tears.

If you love (SKB) serial killer books you'll enjoy Messiah. I have read many SK books and Messiah is unforgettable. I think Messiah was much better than Storm, but I am a Boris fan so I have the new Vodka on the shelf to read next. Messiah was a great read I recommend it to all SKB readers!
