Dorothy, you have to write a new book to rescue me. My husband is very sick and I am awake many times in the night for extended periods. Your books are the only thing that has kept me sane for the past year.
Write more of the Polifax books -- I just finished reading the entire series for the second time. Thale's Folly is also a delightful experience in reading -- something else on that order would be OK too, Dorothy.

Hi, I would like to find out when is Dorothy Gilman coming up with a new book? She is a great author - I love her books been reading them for about 20 years now! Is there a way to find out when her next book is coming out? Thanks!

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW IF DOROTHY GILMAN IS STILL WRITING? THE MRS. POLLIFAX SERIES IS VERY ENTERTAINING. ON ONE OTHER WEB.SITE, THEIR LATEST UPDATE WAS JAN. 26, 2004. ALSO I LOVE THIS WEB. SITE, VERY EASY TO ACCESS. I WONDER WHY MORE MYSTERY FANS DON'T POST MORE MESSAGES? IT IS INTERESTING TO READ OTHER PEOPLES OPINION'S ON AUTHORS THAT I ALSO READ.

Hi, I guess she is still alive and working on another great novel.
I 've been reading her books (in Dutch translation) for more than 25 years now. Don't worry. I'm used to waiting for her next novel now. It always takes to long.
My friends and family also love her books. Her books become like friends. If I try to describe a landscape to my sister I only have to say: "Like in Mrs. Polifax in Albania" and she 'll understand.

Help!!! Does anyone know if Dorothy Gilman will be writing any more books, or if she is even still alive? Her last book was "Kaleidoscope" in early 2002, and I think she was born in 1923, so she may have passed away, but I keep searching the Internet without getting any up-to-date info!
