Rick, I live in Jacksonville, Alabama, and it is sooo neat to read about all the places around me, and alot of those things you talk about are still like that to this day.I chose this book for my English project, and I have just fallin in love with it.Thanks.

Just moved to a new house. Opened a box of books I had singled out to read when I had time, and my hand picked up Bragg's "Somebody Told Me". Started reading it on the Sunday before Katrina, not knowing there was a slice of New Orleans in there. Marvelous reading. Gave me a totally new outlook on the whole area and the people. Thank you, Mr. Bragg. ISBN 0375725520

Hope all is well with Rick. Pray that he was not harmed by Katrina! He would definitely be perfect for writing a great book on Katrina. He could tell you like it is with out sugar coating anything.

Write about Katrina. The tile of the books should be just the word Katrina.
