I had read all the watergate stuff I could and after I read this I really became a Woodward fan. Until I saw him on recently on the Sunday Talk shows criticising Patrick Fitzgerald. What had caused my initial misperception that the Friday before I had witnessed one of the great press conferences of all time. A man who was the first great representation of justice since watergate. And he was vilified by Bob Woodward? What had I missed?
Then I figured out that Bob had drinken Cheney's cool-aide. Oh well, Bernstein is still worthy of respect.
