When did the name of the first book in the Outlander series get changed to Cross Stitch? The second book is Dragonfly in Amber in answer to a previous question.

Cindy, I suspect that Ian's wife died in child birth and he was given the choice to return to his people. He hasn't said a-lot about that in the later books.
