Alexis Wade posts on 12/13/2006 11:51:48 AM This book is amazing i'm reading it now. I'm 16 years old just like Deborah and I too once was in a mental Hospitial about 8 months ago. I can relate to Deborah and i can feel her pain.

Tracie posts on 10/5/2005 7:21:49 PM I'm not sure if this site has any direct contacts with Joanne Greenberg, but I thought that I'd give it a try nonetheless. I wanted to ask the author's permission to use an allusion to I Never Promised You a Rose Garden and Deborah, in a book I've written and am trying to get published. I would cite her, the book and any other necessary information of course. If this site has no direct connections perhaps you could point me in the right direction. A reply would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you. Sincerely, Tracie
