Hi, can anyone tell me if "The Egypt Question: The Sherlock Holmes Report Vol II" is available anywhere?
I keep getting different answers from Amazon and the like.
Also can anyone give me the contact details for Camden House Publishing?

Just thinking about your 1st Holmes pastiche, where/with whom I left my copy & how to get another locally (BKK). How is the 2nd report progressing. Still up in Chiang Mai/Rai? - Let's catch up at the Silver Dollar, Washington Sq. one Sunday afternoon if you are still in town.
