I've read multiple walter dean myers books. My favorite three are Handbook for Boys, Shooter, and Monster. They are exceptional reads. I can loosely relate to them besides that I am white, I grew up in tight streets where murder, corruption, and drugs ruled the streets. Where you weren't safe from anyone or anything.

I thought the book was the most boring thing I have ever read. It took me forever to read.

I thought the streak was a great book. It gave me thought to how I was living. This book inspired me so much!

this book WAS AWESOME...A BIT SAD AND WEIRD BUT AWESOME!......I ALREADY READ THIS BOOK SO MANY TIMES BUT I WANNA KNOW IF THIS REALLY HAPPENED?......PLEASE ANSWER BACK....

I just stumbled onto the book Shooter by Walter Dean Myers and i hope that it will be a great read, from what I've seen so far it sounds like it will be a great "mystery"!:)

I recommend the book hoops by walter dean myers to some kids who have passion of basketball..If you did read it already, you can read the sequel of it.The book named The Outside Shot..
