solomon jones my name is janice and i want to tell you that your book ride or die was one of the best book i have ever read. everytime i turned a the book just got better and better. i loved plot. i read the book in just 3 days. to tell the truth i just got done reading it to day.a friend let me read it tuesday when we were in school.and the the INCREDIBLE TWIST AT THE END OF THE STORY. BUT the one thing i loved the most was the love that jamal andf keisha shared for each other, it made my cry. iloved the ending, it was a well thought out book.

Hi Diana -
First, thanks so much for listening. I really appreciate it. The response to my spoken word commentaries on Philadelphia's WDAS FM has been nothing short of phenomenal. I'm going into the studio next week to record these poetic commentaries, which include Hustla, Step Up Your Game My Sista, Why Can't Johnny Read, and others. I'm pushing to have the CD available by June 12th at Odunde. An official release party will take place sometime after that. Keep checking in here for news on this and my new book, which will be out early next year.

Solomon one word for you, DEEP! I had just listened to you on WDAS and I'm like wow! Girl is on her way to get your book "Ride or Die" until your new book (short of 30 pages)comes out. I'm hoping that there is some poetry out there I could get my hands on? I find them inspirationally mind blowing!
