counties in usa are trying out a new and inventive way to increase the amount of federal dollars flowing into their counties. catturagus county, ny and the town of olean, ny are ostracizing to death individuals who were married for ten years and are now divorced and reaping the benefits. after all even olean, ny killed KEVIN KING right on the street and tried to let the dozen or so people who mobbed him get off. County comptrollers are smiling, but the bodies are piling up!! green wafer anyone?
