I love Dracula, but for some reason I feel pretty much the opposite of the way the story was written to make people feel- I mean, Van Helsing was a kindly old man and Dracula was just pure evil, but I couldn't help falling absolutely in love with Dracula and being really creeped out by Van Helsing. Which is kind of weird, I know...
But I have to say, Dracula is one of the most awesome literary characters ever. Everytime he shows up in the story, I can't help but feel this amazing sense of wonder and awe.

Well I had to read this story for and english class and actually found I love it! I can't believe being an avid reader I could have missed a classic like this but I guess that I never looked at anything over a century old.I really feel that Harker and Dracula are a reflection of Stoker's inner battles.
